Note: FOR TUBS WITH MULTIPLE FILTERS. Due to the incredible efficiency and dirt holding capabilities it is important to know when using in a tub that has filters on the jet pump(s) that if jets have diminished capacity it may be necessary to remove the media pouch and use it to rotate on your circulation pump filter. An example would be on 3 or 5 filter Hot Spring models. There will be 2 filters per jet pump and 1 filter on the circulation/heater pump. Remove a media pouch from 1 of the jet pump filter sets. Leave the canister to help prevent debris from getting into the pump. This will still provide excellent filtration and you have 60 days to return. If you have additional questions please call customer service.
